MagneGas Question & Answer 1) WHAT IS THE MAGNEGAS™ TECHNOLOGY?ANSWER: It is a patented U.S. technology developed by the American scientist Dr. Ruggero Maria Santilli (formerly from Harvard University, Curriculum) for the processing of various liquid wastes into a clean burning, cost competitive 100% American fuel called MagneGas. 2) WHAT IS MAGNEGAS™?ANSWER: MagneGas is a "gaseous" fuel similar to and interchangeable with Natural Gas. Therefore, any car, electric generator, stove, etc. operating on Natural Gas (or propane) also works with MagneGas without any structural modification. MagneGas is a hydrogen based fuel that contains a combination of hydrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide and inert trace gases.
3) HOW DOES THE MAGNEGAS™ TECHNOLOGY WORK?ANSWER: The technology is called PlasmaArcFlow (five U.S. patents and numerous international patents pending)and it is based in flowing the liquid waste through a submerged electric arc between coal electrodes. The arc decomposes the liquid molecules into atoms and forms a plasma around the tips of the electrodes at about 10,000o F. The Plasma Arc Flow moves the plasma away from the electrodes and controls the formation of MagneGas that bubbles to the surface for collection. In this way the liquid waste is entirely eliminated from the planet and converted into MagneGas, a large amount of usable heat, liquid fertilizer or irrigation water (depending on the feedstock) and carbonaceous precipitates collected in a strainer for periodical removal and use for the production of the coal electrodes. 4) HOW CLEAN IS THE MAGNEGAS™ EXHAUST?ANSWER: The MagneGas combustion exhaust is dramatically cleaner than gasoline exhaust because it has been certified by an EPA accredited automotive laboratory to surpass EPA exhaust requirements without a catalytic converter. 5) CAN I CONVERT MY CAR TO RUN ON MAGNEGAS™?ANSWER: Yes, but only when MagneGas Recyclers will be widely available. All gasoline cars can be turned into bi-fuel cars, that is, by leaving the gasoline operation unchanged and by adding exactly the same set up needed to operate with Natural Gas, plus a switch in the dashboard permitting the passage from one fuel to the other while driving. Rather than converting a car, it is faster and more effective to use one of the several bifuel cars Gasoline/natural gas produced by virtually all car manufacturers, and then use them on MagneGas. 6) WHICH LIQUID WASTES ARE RECYCLED BY THE MAGNEGAS™ TECHNOLOGY?ANSWER: The MagneGas Technology has been primarily developed to replace crude oil with city, farm or ship sewage because continuously available 24 hours per day, although MagneGas Recyclers operate equally well with automotive oil wastes, as well as with crude oil. One of the most important applications of MagneGas fuel, the production of green electricity, that can be achieved either by using MagneGas fuel alone in any electric generator produced to operate with Natural Gas, or MagneGas can be used as an additive to Natural Gas and other fossil fuels in such a percentage (easily computable from the above Table of Exhaust) to achieve the condition for green electricity. 7) WHAT IS THE EFFICIENCY OF MAGNEGAS™ RECYCLERS?ANSWER: The primary source of energy of MagneGas Recycler is a new very efficient and environmentally friendly combustion of carbon via the electric arc to such an extent that the energy produced by the carbon combustion is over twenty times bigger than the electric energy used by the arc. This is the central feature permitting MagneGas to be cost competitive with respect to fossil fuels despite the use of electricity. By comparison, the cost of hydrogen is about fifty times that of fossil fuel for same energy content because electricity is the sole source of energy for electrolytic separation of water or other processes. IMPORTANT NOTE: Despite their large efficiency, MagneGas Recyclers ARE NOT self sufficient for the production of their own electricity in the version current in production and sale for various technical reasons. 8) CAN THE COAL AND/OR NATURAL GAS AND/OR OIL INDUSTRY BENEFIT FROM THE MAGNEGAS™ TECHNOLOGY?ANSWER: The MagneGas Technology can turn crude oil into a fuel dramatically cleaner than gasoline at a fraction of the refinery cost, thus permitting the oil cartel to multiply their profits. The sole savings by oil companies in insurance is estimated to be in the billions of dollars per year because of the elimination of oil spills (since MagneGas is gaseous and lighter than air) and other reasons. In any case, MAGNEGAS IS ONE OF THE BEST ADDITIVES TO COAL AND FOSSIL FUELS TO IMPROVE THEIR EXHAUST VIA THE IMPROVEMENT OF THEIR COMBUSTION, rather than via ineffective, expensive and old technologies used to date. In particular, electric power plants burning coal or fossil fuels can produce green electricity via the use of MagneGas Additive in a percentage depending case per case. the cell mgmt.

Waste-to-Energy The PLASMA ARC FLOW™ process recycles liquid waste into environmentally friendly, usable byproducts. These byproducts include: a gaseous fuel known as MagneGas™, heat, coal and organic liquid fertilizer or irrigation water. MagneGas is a cost competitive and clean burning fuel that is interchangeable with Natural Gas. It has the lowest Green House gas emissions when compared to fossil fuel and emits very little noise and no air, or water pollution. The fuel can be used to produce electricity, cook, heat, or power natural gas automobiles. The Plasma Arc Flow Solution Recycles: City Sewage and/or Sludge Liquid and Solid Animal Waste Automotive Liquid Waste Petroleum and Petroleum By-Products Oil Based Liquid Waste Glycerin & Bio-fuel By-Products Ethanol By-Products Paint & Thinner Waste MagneGas™ Fuel Can be Used to: Produce Green Electricity Power Natural Gas Automobiles Metal Cutting Cooking Water Heating Home Heating Interchangeable with Natural Gas The technology is called Plasma Arc Flow™ (five U.S. patents and numerous international patents pending) and it is based in flowing the liquid waste through a submerged electric arc between coal electrodes. The Plasma Arc Flow technology convert’s most liquid waste into a clean fuel called MagneGas. MagneGas is a cost competitive synthetic gas made from most liquid waste such as sewage, sludge, animal manure, used motor oil, used antifreeze, and waste water. MagneGas is a hydrogen based fuel that has a combination of hydrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide and inert trace gases. The revolutionary Plasma Arc Flow™ recycler creates this natural gas substitute, which can power cars, cooking grills, industrial equipment, and homes. The machine uses a patented electrical process to decompose the liquid waste molecules into atoms, and the atoms are then recombined into MagneGas. MagneGas exhaust has been certified to surpass all E.P.A. requirements without a catalytic converter, and is the only fuel that produces oxygen when it burns, making it dramatically cleaner than gasoline, diesel, and natural gas. It can be made at a third of the cost of gasoline. MagneGas is composed of (~65% Hydrogen and ~35% Oxygen) and easily separated into these two high demand elemental gases. The technology is based on specially designed reactors, commercially referred to as “PlasmaArcFlow™ Recyclers.” These reactors are capable of recycling water-base liquid waste (such as city, farm or ship sewage and sludge, used antifreeze etc.) or oil-base liquid waste (such as automotive oils, cooking oils, etc.) as well as crude oil into a new clean burning fuel called “MagneGas™”. the cell mgmt.
