Eat Raw Food for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner
at Our Vegan Restaurant at the Cell Habitat Complex in Mojave, California.
Enjoy vegetarian and raw food at PURE Vegan/Vegeterian Restaurant in Mojave. We follow a Rastafarian way of life that goes back to our ancient roots in Ethiopia. Our family run restaurant has a relaxed environment with reggae and world music playing in the background. Come by our vegan restaurant today and try our raw food selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We have a full Self-Serve Salad and Soup Bar.
Breakfast
Start your day off right with a light breakfast from Fire & Spice. Breakfast begins at 9 a.m. and includes our famous porridge, which is like a warm smoothie. We also offer vegan pancakes, waffles, and scrambled tofu with herb roasted potatoes or home fries. One of our most popular selections is our Ital Omelet, an omelet made with all-natural ingredients, pungent herbs and spices like thyme and cloves, and sea salt.
Vegan Lunches
Lunch starts at 11 a.m. and features tofu and tempeh dishes. Tempeh is a food from the Middle East made from curd soy beans and brown rice with a fermented taste; tempeh dishes are available for lunch and dinner. One of our favorite dishes is tofu or tempeh cutlets served with peanut sauce. Teriyake sauce is available as a substitute for people with peanut allergies. We also offer Ital stew (without meat) that is a cultural food and part of our Jamaican heritage.
Vegan & Raw Food Dinners
Try our diverse selection of vegan and raw food dinners. Nothing on our raw food menu is heated above 115 degrees. We offer a healthy and unique selection with extraordinary flavor and presentation. Our favorite dinner request is raw nut loaf. This dish is made with pine nuts and quinoa, a grain grown primarily in Peru. Raw nut loaf contains 9 grams of protein, which gives you a great energy boost. All of our meals are made with organic ingredients. We buy locally.
