Small hand crafted Sushi Restaurant where Sushi is made on demand...
Here an Food Service cart which has been modified for Sushi preparation. It features a textured bamboo surface, and a powdercoated steel canopy sign. This unit was designed and manufactured by CMC Espresso.
The Kanji characters on the canopy are for "fish" and "delicious," which means "sushi" in Japanese. This kiosk was designed for a customers special needs to incorporate a display refrigerator, cutting board and rice cooker.
