I have run across several recipes for Bloodwine here are just a few. Feel free to add your own.
(1) Klingon Blood Wine
Ingredients
* 1 gallon red Burgundy
* 1 cup brandy
* 1/4 cup lime juice
* 1/2 cup Contreau
* 1 Tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
* 3 drops green food coloring
* star fruit cut into slices
Directions
1. Mix everything together.
2. Let chill overnight.
3. Add sliced star fruit.
4. Serve from pitchers or a punch bowl.
Options
Mix in club soda to the wine before serving.
If serving from a punch bowl, put a chunk of dry ice in the bowl. This adds a great visual, but be careful not to touch the ice with your hands!
(2) Klingon Blood Wine Ingredients:
8 oz Firewater 6 oz White tequila
6 oz Everclear (the full strength 3 dr Green food coloring
6 oz Triple sec 6 dr Red food coloring
Instructions for Klingon Blood Wine

(3) Klingon Blood Wine Recipe
serve in Mug
Scale ingredients to servings
1 oz Jose Cuervo® Especial gold tequila
1 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
1 dash grenadine syrup
2 dashes Tabasco® sauce
cranberry juice
Add tabasco sauce to an ice-filled beer mug/glass. Pour in the tequila, rum and grenadine, and fill with cranberry juice. Shake twice and serve.

This recipe will make about 5 gallions of a home brew that tast like a dry red wine at about 14% abv. The Kool-Aid mix has citric acid in it that will invert the suger to give it a better fermentation. The Turbo Klar 24 will clear up the fermentation and give you a clean dry red wine like tast! Tip --- Put in pitcher with ice and some 7up, makes a good drink! The Klingon Empire would be honored!

Ingredients:
* 5 gallons water
* 10lb to 12lb ( 4.5kg to 5kg ) sugar
* 10 to 15 packs of unsweetened cherry Kool-Aid
* 1 pack of Turbo 8 Turbo Yeast
* Turbo Klar 24 Clearing Agent
Procedure:
In a 5 gallon pot heat 3 gallons of water to a boil. Mix in 10lb to 12lb sugar. mix in 10 to 15 packs Kool-Aid. Boil sugar water Kool-Aid mix for 30 min. Boil 2 gallons water in other pot to top off fermenter to 5 gallons. Cool sugar water Kool-Aid mix to below 80f. Cool 2 gallons water in other pot to below 80f. Pore sugar water Kool-Aid mix in fermenter. Top off fermenter with 2 gallons water in other pot. Add Turbo Yeast and put on airlock. Ferment 5 to 7 days till fermentation stops. Rack to other fermenter and add Turbo Klar 24 Clearing Agent. After 24 hours it is ready. Drink up!
